The Challenge
DataFlow needed a multi-tenant SaaS platform where each client could connect data sources, create custom dashboards, and export reports. Performance at scale and data security were critical requirements.
Our Solution
We architected a multi-tenant Laravel backend with React dashboard, role-based access control, API integrations for popular data sources, and automated report scheduling. Deployed on AWS with auto-scaling.
The Result
The platform onboarded 30 enterprise clients in the first quarter, processing 2M+ data points daily with 99.9% uptime. Client churn dropped to under 5%.
