A cross-platform food delivery app connecting restaurants with customers across Dhaka, featuring real-time tracking and multiple payment options.
The Challenge
FoodExpress wanted to compete with major delivery apps but lacked the technology. They needed an app for both customers and delivery riders, with live order tracking, restaurant management, and support for cash-on-delivery.
Our Solution
We developed a React Native app for iOS and Android with separate interfaces for customers, restaurants, and riders. Real-time GPS tracking, push notifications, and an intelligent routing system for delivery optimization were core features.
The Result
The app launched with 50+ partner restaurants and 10,000 downloads in the first month. Average delivery time dropped to 28 minutes, and customer retention reached 65% after 3 months.
