Welcome to Farz Technologies. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Farz Technologies provides digital services including web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, UI/UX design, cloud solutions, and IT consulting. Specific deliverables and timelines are defined in individual project agreements.

2. Project Agreements

Each project is governed by a separate agreement or proposal that outlines scope, timeline, payment terms, and deliverables. In case of conflict, the project agreement takes precedence over these general terms.

3. Payment Terms

  • Standard payment: 50% advance, 50% upon project completion
  • Large projects may use milestone-based payments (3 installments)
  • Accepted methods: bKash, bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe
  • Late payments may incur a delay in project delivery

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for their project. Farz Technologies retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Revisions & Changes

Each project phase includes 2–3 rounds of revisions as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges and timeline adjustments.

6. Support & Maintenance

Free support periods are included as per the selected package (1–12 months). After the free period, ongoing maintenance is available through monthly support plans.

7. Limitation of Liability

Farz Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and project details as confidential. We will not disclose proprietary information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date. Advance payments for incomplete work may be partially refunded based on work completed.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
