Farz Technologies provides IT services including web development, software development, and digital marketing. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in writing before project commencement.
Payment schedules are defined in individual project agreements. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with remaining payments tied to project milestones or monthly retainers for ongoing services.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed work as specified in the project agreement. Farz Technologies retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Farz Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
